  • After Shipping:

2. Return Policy for Paperback Books

  • Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
    • The book is damaged or defective upon delivery.
    • The wrong book was delivered.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Provide proof of the issue (photos of the damaged or incorrect product) along with your order details.

3. Refund Policy

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • Due to the nature of digital products, all PDF sales are final.
  • No refunds or exchanges will be provided once the PDF is delivered.
